You will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Once the returned item arrives and is approved, the new piece you’ve selected will be shipped out.

You will receive a prepaid return label.

Once the returned item arrives and is approved, your refund will be processed. This usually takes about 3–5 business days, depending on your payment method.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be in their original condition without any signs of wear or damage.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and documentation.
• Items that are worn or missing tags may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs.
• Engraved rings can be returned or exchanged, but a $40 engraving removal fee applies. This fee will be added for exchanges and deducted from your refund if you return the item.
• Customers are entitled to up to two complimentary returns per year, with one return allowed per order. After the 2 free returns, returns can still be made, but a restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.
• We reserve the right to decline a return, in our sole discretion, if the returned items do not meet our return guidelines.

Non Returnable Items

• AI Charms — since every AI Charm is custom-made based on your own design, it’s final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged, unless there’s a manufacturing defect, in which case we’ll gladly exchange or repair it.
• Custom Pieces — since pieces like name necklaces are made just for you, they’re final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Initial pieces are the only exception, they’re returnable, just like any other item.
• For orders under $150, the shipping fee paid at checkout is non-returnable.
