Unworn Condition and Original Documentation: For a full refund or exchange, kindly ensure that all returned items are in unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. This helps us maintain our commitment to high-quality products.
String Tags: Please avoid removing the string tags from the item if you intend to return it. This precaution helps us differentiate between unused and worn items and avoids potential restocking fees of 10% to 20% as well as return shipping costs.
Complimentary Returns: To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our products, we offer up to 2 returns per customer per year. After the first 2 complimentary returns, you may still return an order, provided you pay a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

While we strive to cater to your every desire, certain items are not eligible for returns:

Previously Exchanged Items: If an item has already been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again. However, we are here to help you get the perfect result. Reach out to us if you need help.
Personalized Jewelry: Items such as name bracelets and necklaces that have been personalized are not eligible for returns. However, engraved rings can be returned.
Modified or Resized Rings: Rings that have been modified or resized after purchase cannot be returned.
Custom-Designed Jewelry: With the exception of production defects, custom-designed jewelry cannot be returned.

Comparison Purchasing Policy: Fostering Quality and Competitive Pricing

At Vianisa, we are deeply committed to upholding the superior quality of our jewelry pieces while providing competitive pricing. To achieve this, we have established a policy regarding comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing refers to acquiring multiple products with the intention of keeping one and returning the others. To avoid any inconvenience, please be aware that items suspected to be part of a comparison purchase may not qualify for our standard return policy.
